The full-time M.Sc. in Midwifery programme (EQF level 7) consists of a total of 90 ECTS credits, distributed over three semesters (1 year), and is a continuation to the Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Midwifery programme (240ECTS).
The first semester will consist of three compulsory study-units totalling to 30ECTS, while the second semester will also consist of three compulsory study-units, with a total credit value of 25ECTS.The remaining 5ECTS will be gained by choosing an elective study-unit of your choice that will be on offer (study-unit descriptions can be accessed through the Programme of Studies).
In the final semester, you carry out a research-based dissertation of 30ECTS.
